North Idaho Drilling Inc. was contracted to perform drilling and blasting activities. I, as blaster in charge, backed off all employees and bystanders to what I figured as a safe distance from the blast. when the blast was detonated flyrock from the blast hit a bystander and broke her arm resulting in a non-life threatening injury.
