WE WERE REMOVING MANTLE NUT FROM LOWER MANTLE. LARGE WRENCH USED TO REMOVE NUT SLIPPED OFF CAUSING ME TO LOSE MY FOOTING. WRENCH FELL ON MY ARM CAUSING A 1" CUT CAUSING STITCHES.
