Belt was lowered so chains could be adjusted. While lifting the operator also went into reverse & one unhooked, catching the frame throwing a miner to the ground. This miner received stitches for a laceration to right side of face, two broken bones in left wrist, and three broken ribs on the right side of rib cage.
