Reynolds Construction Company · Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

FOREMAN WAS UNH2OKING A CHAIN FROM LODER CONVEYOR THEY HAD JUST MOVED. THE CHAIN WAS TANGLED AND COULD NOT GET IT LOOSE FROM LOADER SO FOREMAN WENT TO UNHOOK IT FROM THE CONVEYOR. THE LOADER OPERATOR THOUG2T IT HAD BEEN UNHOOKED AND STARTED TO MOVE THE LOADER AND FOREMANS RIGHT HAND WAS CAUGHT IN THE CHAIN. THREE FINGERS WERE MARGLED AND MIDDLE FINGER WAS AMPUTATED.
