EE was standing in clean out plate took a step back & tripped. EE fell over the right side of bucket and fell landing on EE's back. EE got up and started working again when EE realized EE's wrist was swollen that EE needs medical attention. EE was taken to the emergency room at St. Mary's Hospital.
