DISTANCE OF 1 FOOT ABOVE HEA D MEASURING 24' X 50' X 3". REACTION TO BEING PUSHED FORWARD AND DOWN CAUSED MINER TO RAISE QUICKLY BUMPING AND CUTTING HEAD ON TOP.
