EMPLOYEE UNCOUPLING HOSE FROM A PUMP WHICH WAS PLUGGED WITH DEBRIS, MUD, ETC AND THE BOWL OF THE PUMP HAD EVIDENTLY HEATED UP DUE TO NOW PUMPING THROUGH. WHEN EMPLOYEE TOOK COUPLER OFF HOT STE AM AND WATER SPRAYED HIS BACK CAUSING IT TO BE BURNED.

EE HURT HIS LEG WORKING IN THE TRIPPLE. HE WENT OUT OF THE TIPPLE AND WAS WORKING DOWN THE ROAD ABOUT 100 FT FROM THE TIPPLE WHEN HE GOT DIZZY AND PASSED OUT FALLING AND BROKE HIS JAW OF TEET AND PIT HIS TONGUE.
