EE WAS USING A SHOVEL TO SLIDE A LIT BUCKET OF FUEL ACROSS THE HANDLE THAT CONTROLS THE GATE TO A MATERIAL STORAGE FACILITY WHEN THE HANDLE ON THE BUCKET BROKE THIS CAUSED THE FUEL TO SPILL ON EE LEFT LEG AT THIS TIME EE USED HIS RT HAND TOEXTINGUISH THE FIRE ON HIS LEGTHE ATTEMPT WAS FUTILESO HE RAN TO A SMALL PONT TO EXTINGUISH THE FIRE

ACCORDING TO THE CONTRACTOR, ONE OF THE MECHANICS DROPPED A HAMMER ON THE OTHER MECHANIC. ALL OF OUR EMPLOYEES WERE OFF DUTY AND NOT AT THE MINE SITE. THE CONTRACTOR WAS PERFORMING WARRANTY WO RK ON THE RUBBER TIRE LOADER THAT WE PURCHASED FROM THEM.
