EM. WAS ASSISTING IN INSTALLING APOWER CABLE ON A POLE, THE CABLE WAS BEING LIFTED BY A LOADER WHEN IT SLIPPED OFF THE BUCKET AND CAUGHT THUMB BETWEEN THE BUCKET AND THE CABLE. LATER REALIZED IT WAS A FRACTURE.
