HE WAS IN THE PROCESS OF MOVING A FAIRCHILD TAILPIECE. HE HAD HIS LEFT HAND RESTING ON TAILPIECE RAILING. THE TAILPIECE CONTACTED THE MINE ROOF AND HE RECEIVED A LACERATION TO LEFT INDEX FINGE R REQUIRING SUTURES.
