Heisler Stone Quarries Inc · Over-exertion in lifting objects

EE HAD THE MAST DISASSEMBLED OFF OF FORKLIFT 511. HE LIFTED THE CORNER OF THE MAST BY HAND TO REPOSITION A JACK STAND RESULTING IN AN APPARENT BACK STRAIN. LIFT WAS APPROX. 75 LBS. BOTH HANDS WERE ON MAST DURING THE LIFT. AFTER THE MAST WAS ELEVATED HE USED HIS LEFT FOOT TO MOVE THE STAND.
