EE was using a wheelbarrow to move spilled sand and felt a pop in their arm.

CSI Sands NE LTD. · Struck against stationary object

After greasing, employee turned to walk down the cat walk & received a minor cut on the finger. The transfer belt is a fully enclosed structure and employee says they cut it on the outside of the housing. They went to hospital & received 2 stitches, was discharged and returned to finish the shift

HE INJURED HIS FOREHEADC WAS GROGGY AND THERE WAS SOME BLEEDING. HE WAS TAKEN BY AMBULANCE TO LUTHERAN MEDICAL CENTER--X-RAYED AND DISCHARGED.
