INJURED WAS STARTING TO REFUEL A DOZER.THE FUEL HOSE HAD A KINK IN IT.AS HE PULLED THE HOSE TO THE FUEL TANK ON THE DOZER THE KINK TWISTED AND PULLED THE HOSE AROUND AND HIT HIM AND THE MOUTH AND BROKE OFF PART OF HIS FRONT TEETH.
