Employee was driving a frontend loader; EE claims EE hit the wrong lever lowering the bucket to the ground and was thrown into the windshield.

Standard Construction · Fall from machine

Miner mechanic was working on dozer repair. The mechanic lost balance when removing hose cover resulting in a fall onto the dozer tracks and then onto the ground. The injuries were to ribs and back.
