EMP WAS SETTING HIS TAMROCK MONO DRILL GUIDE HYDRAULIC DRILLING RIG. ONE OF THE LEGS WAS SET ON TOP OF A ROCK. EMP TRIED TO PULL THE ROCK OUT AND THE LEG FELL ON HAND. HE RECEIVED A LACERATION ON LEFT HAND THIRD FINGER WHICH HAD TO BE STITCHED. FOURTH FINGER HAD A SMALL ABRASION AND SOME SWELLING.

CHAIN WAS PLACED THROUGH DRILLED HOLE IN WASTE ROCK AND CRANE WAS LIFTING ROCK WHEN ROCK BROKE AT CHAIN HOOK.GOLF BALL SIZE CHIP BOUNCED OF WALL FACE 15' AWAY AND REDIRECTED TO EMPLOYEE 15' BE YOND.STRUCK IN MID FEMUR NOT BREAKING SKIN BUT CAUSING THROBING.EMPLOYEE WAS X-RAYED AND FOUND TO HAVE NON-DISPLACED HAIRLINE FRACTURE.
