Injured person was running a hydraulic stone splitter for the purpose of dimensionalizing landscape stone / flat rock. EE's hand was under a pinch point and when operator of splitter controls went to engage splitter jaws.....injured person pinched the 3 middle fingers on right hand severely bruising them and a minor cut on middle finger.
