EE told manager around 10AM that EE's left eye was bothering EE. EE was unaware of an instance in which EE had gotten something in the eye and pain started earlier in the AM. EE was taken to hospital. Doctor found a corneal abrasion. EE was given prescription medication.

Employee was servicing front end loader. After they sat bucket on the ground in the dump position, they walked under loader arms and hit top of their head.
