HE WAS PICKING ROCK OUT OF THE COAL PILE. HE SLIPPED AND FELL, HURTING HIS NECK. HE WORKED THE REST OF THE DAY. HE WAS TOLD TO GO TO THE DR. BUT DIDN'T GO UNTIL THE MORNING OF 3-28-91. HE RE PORTED THE DR'S COMMENTS THE SAME MORNING AND WAS SENT BACK HOME.
