A ENTRY APPROX 800' OUTBY THE WORKING SECTION, THAT HAD BEEN DROVE CLOSE TO THE SURFACE, AND HAD BEEN COMPLETED, WE HAD RECEIVED ALOT OF RAIN THIS WEEK WHICH HA DPENETRATED THE ROOF ROCK IN TH IS AREA, CAUSING THE ROOF TO FALL.

DURING SECOND MINING ON 002 SECTION, AS THE LAST CUT WAS BEING TAKEN OFF OF THE RIGHT PILLAR IN #2 ENTRY, THIS TRIGGERED A MASSIVE ROOF FALL ALONG THE PILLAR LINE. STARTING FROM WHERE THE PILL ARS HAD BEEN MINED IN #4 ENTRY FOLLOWING THE PILLAR LINE ALL THE WAY ACCROSS #2 ENTRY.
