Egypt Valley Stone · Fall to the walkway or working surface

IE was standing on the truck dump with another EE near the pickup truck looking @ the dump. He turned to walk to pickup truck & tripped over a little rock and fell on his face, causing a lump on his head & bleeding. He must of fell on a hard object like a small stone.

EE was climbing off an 330 excavator in the rain. He slipped and lost his hand grip and fell to the ground landing on his left leg and twisted his left knee severely.

After fueling equipment, employee went back to his pickup waiting for everyone to show up for work. He was eating McDonalds, started to choke on food, got out of truck to get a drink of milk and fainted. He fell on ground, face first. Co-worker heard him yell for him and found him laying on the ground.
