Dawes County Roads · Over-exertion in lifting objects

I was changing out the screens on the screener and also had to dig out the Main conveyor belt twice after restarting the plant. My lower back hurt causing pain to radiate down my right leg.

EE cleared a rock jam in the crasher. He then restarted the conveyor to the crusher and was standing by the conveyor when a rock fell off the conveyor, strick the door above ee which then hit him on the head and shoulder.
