EE was working on the dust belt tail pulley, when the slate bar slipped and he hit his knee on the adjustment all thread. He continued working until the shift was finished.

EE was assisting driver in dumping excess material from over loaded truck. He was dislodging a rock from the tailgate and when it released, it hit him in the toe, fracturing the toe.
