Maintenance Tech. was repairing the rear step mounting bracket on a loader. It was bent and EE was trying to straighten it out. First, EE had it in a vice and was using a 3lb. hammer. EE then placed it on the ground to get a better angle, when struck, the bracket flew upwards striking them in the upper lip causing a laceration.

Employee was in the boneyard looking for a part. It was raining out and their boots were muddy. Employee pulled themselves up to look into a screen frame when they slipped and hit their knee on an I-beam causing the injury to the knee.
