Operator was using a hose off the water truck to wash down the tracks. When they pulled on hose to move to a different position, they felt a pop in their right shoulder.

Employee was climbing stairs to the hen house to inspect for wear. After employee completed the inspection, employee went to climb down the stairs and missed a step. Employee fell and hit elbow. This resulted in pain in elbow. Employee initially refused medical treatment.

EE was helping install a log washer in BKS. During this activity EE was utilizing a 6' step ladder. EE unfolded the step ladder and placed it on what they thought was stable ground. Approximately 3 steps up the the ladder they either lost footing or the ladder became unstable causing them to fall to the ground.

EE was disking an area to knock down weeds when a "splinter" got logged in EE's right eye. EE and another employee tried to flush the eye to remove the object without success. EE was taken to a local optometrist where the object was removed. EE was give a prescription for antibiotic eye drops.

EMPLOYEE ALLEGES THAT HE PINCHED HIS FINGER BETWEEN SHEET METAL AND THE FRAME ON A CRANE. HE WENT TO THE DR. AND HAD A BANDAGE PUT ON THE WOUND AND CAME BACK TO WORK. DURING THAT NIGHT, HIS FI NGER APPARENTLY STARTED TO BLEED SO HE WENT TO TEMERGENCY ROOM AND HAD TWO STITCHES WHICH I WAS NOT AWARE OF UNTIL TODAY.
