EQUIPMENT OPERATOR WAS STRIPPING A PIT AND BACK OFF OF A 48" HIGH WALL CAUSING THE DOZER TO LAY ON IYS SIDE-NO PHYSICAL DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT-OPERATOR WAS WEARING HIS SEAT BELT.
