WV Reclaim Company, L.L.C. · Fall from machine

Employee was getting in the truck. Foot got caught on the step and driver fell on their back, knocking the wind out of them. Refused medical treatment until 7 AM. Employee was taken to ER by supervisor for neck and shoulder tightness.
