When cleaning product chute for maintenance/ repair frozen material slid down and hit left knee. Follow up doctor visit (6-17-04) EE stated that knee still hurt.
THE EMPLOYEE PUT A LADDER ON THE SIDE OF THE CONVEYOR AND ACCIDENTALLY GRABBED THE ELECTRIC MOTOR SHEAVE AND CAUGHT HIS HAND BETWEEN THE DRIVE BELTS AND SHEAVE CAUSING AN OPEN FRACTURE OF THE RIGHT LONG FINGER DISTAL.
