EMPLOYEE WAS WALKING TOWARD TOOL CAR CARRYING A CRIB BLOCK-WAS BENT OVER IN APPROX. 50" HEIGHT CROSS-CUT & RAN HEAD INTO ROOF BOLT THAT HAD A 2" THICK 1 HOLE BOARD ON IT. THE BOLT CREATED A PL ACE OF APPROX. 47" HIGH-HE WALKED HEAD 1ST INTO THE BOLT JAMMING HIS NECK WHICH HAS CHEATED LOWER BACK PAIN.
