THREE EE'S WERE REMOVING A SHEET OF EXPANDED METAL OUT OF A PICKUP. TWO OF THE EE'S LET THEIR END OF THE SHEET DOWN WITHOUT PROPERLY COMMUNICATING TO THE THIRD EE. THE SHEET FELL AND HIT THE THIRD EE IN THE LEG.

EE WAS GUIDING THE REBAR FOR CORRUGATED PIPE. THE RIGGING HOLDING THE REBAR BROKE AT THE WIRE TIES CAUSING THE BANDS TO CUT AND PINCH HIS HAND AND FINGER.
