POST HAD CAME LOOSE HOLDING CABLE AND WERE ATTEMPTING TO HOOK THE CABLE TO A NEW POST ON THE BANK. THE CABLE WAS ATTACHED TO A WENCH ON THE BARGE AND WHEN IT TIGHTENED, THE CATCH ON THE WENCH BENT, EMPLOYEE GRABBED THE WENCH HANDLE TO TRY TO HOLD IT, BUT THE HANDLE SPUN AROUND AND HIT HIS WRIST.
