EMPLOYEE WAS GETTING ON 4600 DRAG AND HIS FOOT SLIPPED AND BUMPED HIS RIGHT LEG ON EDGE OF TRACK,THINKING NOTHING WRONG CONTUNUED TO WORK THE REST OF THE SHIFT,LATER RETURNING HOME AT 5:00 PM HE WENT TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM,THEY DECIDED TO KEEP HIM OVER NIGHT.

I NAME WAS OUNDING A SHANK ON THE BUCKET AND A PIECE OF METAL FLEW UP AND HIT HIM ON THE JAW CAUSING A SMALL CUT WHICH REQUIRED ONE STITCH. HE RETURNED TO WORK IMMEDICATELY WITH OUT ANY DISC OMFORT OR LOSS OF TIME HE WAS WEARING PROTECTIVE EYEGLASSES, HARDHAT AND HARD TOE SHOES AND GLOVES.
