LOADER OPERATOR EXITED LOADER TO ASSIST TRUCK DRIVER WITH ROCK STUCK IN TAILGATE. LOADER OPERATOR USED HANDS TO LIFT TAILGATE WHEN ROCK CLEARED TAILGATE WAS HEAVIER THAN ANTICIPATED. OPERATOR WAS UNABLE TO HOLD WEIGHT AND TAILGATE SLIPPED FROM GRASP, PINCHING FINGER BETWEEN TAILGATE AND DUMP BOX.
