Greenhill Sand · Fall to the walkway or working surface

Employee was standing on dredge letter during cutterhead replacement. EE tripped and fell backwards. EE immediately got up and said EE was ok and continued to work. On 8/3/2026 EE reported shoulder pain related to that fall. Safety representative took EE to doctor, and EE was placed on light duty for a week with follow up scheduled for 08/10/2026.

Changing bearing. Tail pulley slipped and smashed finger and thumb. Index finger was smashed, lost fingernail, had fractured bone and 4 stitches.
