Miner was working on crusher when door accidentally closed mashing fingers

Miner was dismounting equipment and stepped on errant, wind-blown debris causing a slip and fall with one foot on the ground. No first aid required, and work continued. On 7 March, miner complained of muscle spasm potentially related to prevoius injury, and was transported POV to ER for evaluation. Miner was advised to take it easy for a few days and prescribed muscle relaxer.

Going up to shut belts off, slipped and fell on frozen ground.

Clearing frozen mud to open a door, the bar bounced off, resulting in my middle finger on left hand getting caught between the bar and screen, pinching my finger. First aid applied at scale house. After hours wound "looked bad", went to family doctor, where I received 5 stitches at about 8:00 PM.

Climbing down ladder on portable crusher and strained back.
Ratchet came out of socket causing EE to fall backward across screen motor on platform. Small cuts on left leg and left shoulder jammed as EE tried to catch his fall.
