The operator was holding the tail line in place while being cut from the dredge. While holding the line, the line was cut, the line jerked pulling the operator's right shoulder out of socket.
Closed door on right index finger and cut tip of finger.
Employee was trying to free cable from winch when his foot slipped and caught himself and twisted his back. He said he hurt his back and was taken to the hospital to be checked out by a doctor.
The employee was climbing the steps to get into the cab of the loader and the bottom step broke causing the employee to strike his right leg on the step and fell on the ground.

Employee was lifting a piece of pipe and felt a tearing sensation in his abdominal area.
Supervisor was trying to get track hoe started, so he tried to jump the battery. When he attached the cables to jump the battery, the battery exploded. He sustained miner ringing to his ears. He did not receive any other injuries.
Operator was on tractor cutting grass. He unknowingly hit a stump, the tractor came to a stop and he hit his head, resulting in a small cut on his forehead.
The Employee was lifting the head of a C-11 Engine With another employee when the second employee lost his footing causing the weigh of the head to shift to the employee that was injuried.
The employee was engaging a clutch on the dredge and a bolt backed out of the Dodge coupling ripping the guard off. The guard struck the employee in the bottom lip causing a laceration. The cut required 5 stitches on the outside and 4 on the inside of his lip. A new guard was built that is larger eliminating the possibility of a bolt catching the guard.

EE was welding on 55 gallon drum. after not ruemoving and caps off of one drum and striking arch to drum causing the drum to explode, sending the lid off striking ee in the leg.
