H & S Sand & Gravel · Accident type, without injuries

The fire appears to have started and remained contained to the scale house. The structure was a total loss. The structure held the computer, and printer for the scale, tools, safety eq., supplies and all MSHA records. There was no personal injury. Arson is suspected after finding fireworks and tire tracks at the site. Law enforcement is investigating.
