EMPLOYEE WAS PULLING BRAKE DUMS OFF A GALLON GRADER TO LINE BRAKES. WHEN THE BRAKE DRUM CAME LOOSE, IT TILTED BACKWARD CATCHING THE EMPLOYEE S RIGHT HAND BETWEEN THE BRAKE DRUM AND THE RIM OF THE GRADER WHEEL. LACERATION OF RIGHT PALM AN D SKIN TAKEN OFF RIGHT HASND RING FINGER.
