PADDING ON DOZER SEAT HAD WORN,CAUSING JARRING TO RIGHT HIP.THIS CAUSED A RE-OCCURENCE OF A PRIOR INJURY (NOT JOB RELATED) TO A DISC IN HIS BACK AND THE SCIATIC NERVE.HIS COMPLAINT WAS THAT HI S RIGHT HIP WAS HURTING.
