EMPLOYEE WAS MOVING AIR TRACK DRILL TO LINE UP WITH HOLE. THE AIR TRACK HAD TO GO OVER A SMALL HUMP OF DIRT. THE AIR TRACK SLIPPED AND THE HITCH FELL ON EMPLOYEES RIGHT FOOT JUST BEHIND THE ST EEL TOE OF THE SHOE.
