WHILE LOADING A SET OF TRACK WHEELS FROM A POWER CENTER INTO THE BUCKET OF AN END LOADER I NAME RING CAUGHT ON ONE OF THE WHEELS THE LOOKED RING CAUSED HIS FINGER TO BE STRUCK BY THE WHEEL AS AND LNADED IN THE END LOADER BUCKET THE BLOW RESULTED IN A FRACTURE TO HIS LEFT RING FINGER.
