Employee was out at plant repairing bearings. He was using a pry bar, trying to remove bearings. The bar slipped and he smashed his right index finger between bar & railing on plant.

EE WAS BACKING UP END DUMP OVER SURGE PILE, WHENTHE BANK UNDERNEATH HIM GAVE WAY, SENDING THE EE& THE END DUMP SLIDING DOWN, ROLLING OVER TIPPING ON ITS SIDE DOWN THE HILL. THE DRIVER WAS THRO WN OUT OF THE WINDOW & LANDED ON THE GROUND. CAUSING BRUISES, WAS TAKEN TO THE HOSP ER BY AMBULANCE
