CUTTING BEARINGS OUT OF A 3 15/16 HEADPULLEY BEARING ON A TRACK FEEDER. AFTER REMOVING THE BEARING HOUSING HE CUT THE BEARING RACE ON 2 SIDES AND STRUCK IT WITH A HAMMER. AT THAT TIME A FRAGME NT OF HOT RACE DISLODGED AND STRUCK HIM IN THE UPPER CHEST/SHOULDER AREA.

EE WAS HELPING A WELDER INSTALL WALKWAYS AROUND A CRUSHER JACKHAMMER & CRUSHER HOUSE. HE WAS ON HIS WAY DOWN A LADDER & LOST HIS GRIP HE FELL 17' TO THE GROUND LANDING FEET FIRST. THE DR SAID HIS LEFT HEEL WAS SHATTERED
EE WAS COMING DOWN THE STAIRWAY AT THE PLANT HE STOPPED TO LOOK AT SOMETHING ON THE PLANT. WHEN HE STEPPED AGAIN HE MISSED THE STEP & FELL ABOUT 4' TO THE GROUND. BROKE HIS LEFT ANKLE
