EE IS BEING TREATED FOR HERNIATED LUMBAR DISK ON THE RIGHT SIDE. THIS OCCURRED IN DEC AND APPEARS TO BE DUE TO REPETITIVE JARRING/JOLTING EVENTS WHILE OPERATING A BULLDOZER AND AN EVENT 12/18/ 98 THAT CASUED WORSENING AFTER STRIKING A HIGH WALL WITH THE MACHINERY.
