EE WAS HELPING ONE A ROOF BOLTER BY MAKING UP SUPPLY AND LEARNING TO RUN THE MACHINE. THE OPERATOR MOVED THE MACHINE TO ONE SIDE CATCHING HIM BETWEEN THE DRIVER COMPARTMENT AND THE RIB.
