MINE HAD BEEN PUT IN ACTIVE NON PRODUCTING STATUS AND ALL EQUIPMENT REMOVED FROM MINE WITH THE INTENSION OF GETTING SMALLER EQUIPMENT IN ORDER TO LOWER THE REJECT. UPON RETURNING TO THE MINE A PPROX. A MONTH LATER AND BEFORE TAKING THE SMALLER EQUIPMENT INSIDE, WE FOUND TWO ROOF FALLS AND SOME FRAGILE ROOF IN OTHER AREAS.

MINE HAD BEEN IDLE FOR APPROX. A MONTH WITH NO EQUIPMENT LEFT IN MINE. UPON RETURNING TO MINE 2 FALLS WHERE FOUND AND SOME FRAGITE ROOF. MSHA WAS NOTIFIED AND MADE AN INSPECTION. THIS 3RD FALL OCCURRED SOMETIME WITHIN THE FOLLOWING 5 OR 6 DAYS THAT WE WERE GETTING CRIBS AND COLLARS AND FORMULATING A PLAN TO RESUPPORT THE MINE.
