CUTTING BOLT STRUCTURE ONE SECTION FAIL INTO LEGS OF STRUCTOR THAT THE MAN WAS STANDING ON AIR BOTTLES SLED DOWN WALK WAY HITTING MANS LEG. THE BOTTLE WAS TIED. THE MAN HAD SAFETY BOLT ON AND HOOKED.
