Employee #1 heard a strange noise and called out to co-worker. When he did not get an answer he walked around some of the mill structures some 40 feet away and found employee #2 lying face up on floor breathing heavy and unconscious. Employee #2 had sustained a broken bone in his left wrist during the unexpected slip, trip or fall.
