WHILE ROOF BOLTING A PIECE OF ROCK FELL FROM THE TOP PINNING THE MAN TO THE MINE FLOOR. THE ROCK STRUCK THE MAN ACROSS THE BACK & HIPS. THE MAN SUSTAINED INJURIES TO HIS BACK PELVIS & RIBS.
