THE SUPPORT LEG FELL OVER ON ITOWN STRIKING EE I THE BACK OF THE HEAD AND NICER AREA PINNING HIM TO THE GROUND AND FRACTURING 3 TO 4 RIBS AND 6, 3 & 8 \VERTEBRAE.

MAN WAS CLEANING PARTS ON A GEAR REDUCTION BOX WITH A SOLVENT SPRAYER WHEN MATERIAL BEING CLEANED BLEW BACK INTO FACE UNDER SAFETY GLASSES LEAVING A METAL PARTICLE IN HIS RIGHT EYE.
WHILE CHANGING JAW DIE, THE RIGHT CHEEK PLATE GAVE WAY WHEN HE WAS ALIGNING JAW DIE. HE TURNED TO CATCH IT WHICH RESULTED IN STRAINED MUSCLES.
