HE WAS UP ON THE WASH PLANT WITH TWO OTHER WORKERS CHANGING SCREENS. IT STARTED TO RAIN. HE SLIPPED AND FELL BACKWARDS AND HIT A TROLLEY HANDRAIL. HE WILL SCRAPPED HIS BACK. WE GAVE FIRST AID AND HE WENT HOME WE TOLD HIM TO SEE A DR.

HE WAS FOUND, DEAD IN THE HOPPER OF THE GRAVEL SCREENING MACHIN E, HWERE HE HAD3BEEN USING A SHOVEL TO SCRAP THE WALLS CLEAN. THE EQUIPMENT WAS RUNNING, ALTHOUGH HE WAS NOT INJURED BY THE MACHINERY. IT WAS A COLD, WINDY DAY. HE HAD A SERIOUS HEART CONDITI
